Healing
Lifestyles Massage and Wellness Center has a 24 hour Cancellation
Policy in place and would appreciate if you would acknowledge it.
Healing Lifestyles understands that life happens but we require
that you contact us if you are not able to keep your appointment.
Reservations
are required in advanced and are subject to availability which means
limited space on weekends and holidays. All services must be
redeemed during one visit and used by the same customer.
Deals (memberships and promotional offers,etc) can not be shared and not substitutions are allowed.
There
is a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is
canceled with less than 24 hours notice, gift certificate will be void
and your credit card will be charged.
Appointments
are very highly recommended. We will do our best to accommodate
walk-ins, but to ensure the time and services you wish to receive,
appointments are essential. We also recommend that you schedule your
next wellness service prior to leaving.
Your
appointment is reserved especially for You, meaning we will forego
other appointments that may conflict with yours. If you choose to cancel
your appointment, especially if you cancel at the last minute, our
therapists are often not able to fill the time with another customer.
For that reason, we must institute a cancellation policy and must stick
to it with no exceptions.
Massage
services are by appointment and hold with a major credit card. You will
not be charged until Massage services are rendered or unless you do not
call or no-show for your appointment! If you need to cancel an
appointment we require at least 24 hours notice.
Last
minute cancellations and no-shows will result in full service charges
or voidance of gift certificates or any coupon or special promotion.
Fees are non-refundable and have no cash value on future
appointments. Also, please call if you are running late as this
will avoid any charges to your credit card.
If
you are late you will receive only the amount remaining of your
scheduled appointment. You will be considered a "No-Show" if you are not
there at your appointment 15 minutes after the schedule appointment
time and if there was no phone call to cancel or reschedule. For example
if you wer scheduled for 9am and you did not show by 9:15am and did not
call you will be considered a No-Show.
In
order to honor each guest experience late arrivals will receive only
the remaining time of their appointment, this does not change the amount
owed for the service.
We
request that guests arrive 15-20 minutes before their scheduled
appointment. If you show up late, your treatment will be shortened by
the same amount of time. If there is not sufficient time to complete
your treatment properly, your appointment will be canceled. In either
case, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.
If
you are not familiar to where our location is, we suggest you leave
extra early so you will arrive promptly for your appointment. If you
have a 1 Hour Massage that you purchased through any promotional coupon
website or any other coupon, including any promotional offer or
membership the Appointment and Cancellation Policy applies to you as
well. No show-no massage-no refund.
Gift Certificates
Gift
certificate(s) can be mailed to the purchaser unless other arrangements
are made (a convenient fee of $3 will applied) The best way to make
these arrangements is to Email the information to Healing Lifestyles
Massage and Wellness Center. This is most important if you have multiple
recipients. Gift certificates may also be held "will-call" in our Las
Vegas, Nevada office upon request, allowing the purchaser or recipient
to pick it up.
Gift
Certificates do have an expiration date and will expire six (6) months
from date of purchase. The Gift Certificate has an expiration date
listed on the certificate and states to receiver that certificate will
not be honored once expired. Please let receiver of gift certificate
know to call right away to make their appointment. Sorry, Gift
Certificates are not transferrable and there are no refunds for Gift
Certificates. They have hold no cash value. Gift Certificate will
not be honored after expiration date.
Gift
Certificates are sold in increments of 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 50
minutes, 60 miniutes, 80 minutes, 90 minutes, The whole time increment
on each gift certificate must be used during one session - they can not
be divided into multiple sessions. Time not used by the bearer of the
gift certificate is lost.
Once
Gift Certificate receiver makes appointment to redeem gift certificate
and they do not call, they no show, do not cancel and fail to reschedule
appointment, Massage Gift Certificate will not be honored. Please make
arrangements if you are not able to make appointment so you do not lose
your redemption.
Gift
Certificates do not have a cash redemption value. There are no Refunds.
They are valid only for massage therapy services at Healing Lifestyles
Massage Center.
